Are you a worry warrior?

Strengthen your response to worries you experience on a daily basis!

Here you will find a resource to assist with the daily worries we experience. Although we are aware of the fact that worrying about an issue will not actually help with the said issue, at times, we may feel like we can’t control the worries or have no power over those worries. Hence why practicing ways to deal with regular preoccupations we experience, can help us cope with them when they set in (did I mention that they sneak up on us daily? Yes. Yes, I did).

The form is customized to be able to filled out by you and reuse it as often as you would like (save the image or take a picture of it). As a therapist, I encourage my clients to complete this form on a regular basis to help them gain awareness of their internal thoughts and worries. Furthermore, the audio attached can help calm the mind. Often times, we don’t feel like we have the time to actually sit down and complete a form or listen to an audio to calm the mind; however, when we feel the busiest, that’s exactly when we should engage in those activities. Get in touch with your own self, your thoughts, and worries you may not be fully aware of. These resources should help you tune inward and tune out the outside noise.

Therefore, we operate in such a way that we are DRIVEN by our FEELINGS. BUT, the other part of CBT is that our thoughts/cognitions impact our behaviors directly AND our feelings as well.
